The Teacher by G.Ph. Telemann reaps success in Bratislava – yet again

The Bratislava Boys’ Choir revisits Georg Philipp Telemann´s school cantata for the third time already. This season featured its matinee performance for families and children in Bratislava’s Reduta, the concert hall, with the Slovak Chamber Orchestra led by Ewald Danel and Ladislav Neshyba as guest soloist. The work’s dressed-down piano version is slated to be performed at the choir’s May and June concerts, including the music festival in Piešťany. The children frolicked and staged their fun under the watchful eye of director Tomáš Studený.
